Interesting conversation upon drop off with Paymon.. "what kind of headlight do you want on drivers side?" ME: one that matches the passenger side headlight! Paymon: "I dont know which it is." Me: Um.. it's on the front of the car.. maybe you could look or check the service records from when the passenger headlight was replaced here? Seriously?? Just MATCH THE OTHER SIDE!!! How hard is that? Then... I get a call from him..Hours later.. there's another light out .. do you want us to fix too? Me: Duh.. of course! Paymon: ok. Oh we close @ 4pm. Me: Wow. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR YOU TO SHARE THAT INFO @ DROP OFF THIS MORNING! So, I had to leave work @ 3:30pm to rescue my car. BTW.. this is NOT the first time I have had difficulty with him. Believe me.. I will remember that name in the future.

I was not notified that my car would not be ready that afternoon. Around 3:30 I went to pick it up and found out that I would need to come back tomorrow. When I picked up my car it had not been washed. This really disappointed me.
