The service advisor Ramsin was very good, helpful and courteous.
The reason I clicked No was because my boot was not vacuumed as part of the cleaning. There was grass and leaves In the boot. I did not call anyone to take care of it when I picked up the car and simply drove away as I wanted to leave soon due to covid and not hang around there for long. However wanted to send feedback on it. Otherwise overall I am very happy with Lexus service and my advisor.

Excellent customer service from Carlos Munoz and the staffs working during the time I dropped off my vehicle.
