Great Customer Service by my service advisor( Carlos Munoz )

I explained this to the service manager. I was told my car would be ready in the early afternoon. At 3:15, i got a text saying my car was ready, but i would need to get it by 4pm otherwise I wouldn't get it until the following day. I'm frustrated by this. Was I expected to drop everything I was doing in order to get my car so I could have it? Why didn't anyone tell me that the department closed at 4pm. Why couldn't anyone tell me at 2pm "hey, come at 4 to get your car" On Friday I went to get my car and to my surprise, it wasn't washed. PISSED. Oh and guess what, there were scratches on the drivers side door that weren't there before. Can someone please explain to me why I paid thousands of dollars when I purchase the car for a multi-year services package? The level of service I have received both times I have visited the lexus dealership have been pathetic. Prior to lexus, I had a BMW. BMW had an excellent service department, i was always communicated with and my car always was cleaned. It never came back to me with scratches. Lexus prides themselves on good service...where is it? The services manager is nice. I'll be following up with him again tomorrow but man, what a hassle!!!!! All this over a 15,000 mile service and getting a hitch installed. WOW. This isn't ok. I feel taken advantage of financially. I understand in the grand scheme of things, this is very, VERY minor. BUT, lexus needs to make this right. I'm confident they will after my conversation with the service advisor but guess what....more of my time is wasted. I'm so over it.
