I have the services at Lexus for 15 years.
This is the first time I did not get the car wash even though I was told it was included.
If there were any reasons I did not get the car wash, the representative should have told me when I picked up my car. I had to take my car to the car wash by myself immediately.
This is the first time I was disappointed at Lexus.
I have been a loyal customer for 15 years because I love the quality of cars and excellent services. But now I can not trust the services.
