Michael explained the works done on my car ar pickupthoroughly and patiently. When I left a voicemail asking for the repair status earlier in the day, he promptly returned my call. He also reminded me the service department closed at 4pm and made sure I had enough buffer if I arrived to pickup at 3:30pm.
