My service representative Sophia Qu provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly and did a good job communicating. I did have to come back twice to get something fixed that was not fixed initially but the experience was still good. Matt Esparza was also very helpful and helped me with my issue. The first loaner car I had was very clean however the second one was kind of dirty. Other than that I am pleased with the service.
