Everything and everyone was great for the most part, including Carlos my adviser.. The one thing that got me was one of the receptionists/cashiers wore her mask below her nose. Her customer was also wearing his mask below his nose but I think he pulled his down as they talked. Everyone else played the pandemic rules extremely well and I felt safe at the Service center until I witnessed that. She even came out to expedite my car arrival which I greatly appreciated but I had to exchange my paperwork with her and felt unsafe being that close with her. I do hope that can be addressed.
