Marshall is a person who takes initiative. I made an appointment for a regularly service but went ahead and asked Marshall if the recalls were ready. Without missing a beat, Marshall quickly goes to check if the necessary tools were in stock. Indeed they were, and he easily set me in for repairs the same visit. Marshall is responsive and knowledgeable to certain questions I had during my visit. He definitely lives up to Lexus’ mission by demonstrating both professionalism and reliability in his work ethics and customer service.
