Hi Randy, I didn’t get clarification why my car was failing to charge the battery in the past and why it went flat after the emergency services were charging the battery for about 30 min before I brought my car to the service center.

Michael made the process very simple and straight forward, and when he informed me of what I needed to do for my car, I didn't feel pressure that I needed it done with lexus. Even though I will be getting it done with lexus, but the lack of pressure was very much appreciated. That type of customer service is more personable than trying to be a car salesman. Will definitely be coming back to him again.
