I dropped my car at 12 pm, told that wait at dealer. Associate told me ready around 3 pm. But he texted me it’s processing now will let me know but I picked up at 6:30 pm. This is rediculus. He thought I am away. I requested 10K service & Driver side window is moving improperly, but tech checked it’s normal.
I can’t believe it’s normal.
I am very upset.
