Going to Longo for a routine maintenance like an oil change is a great reason to have Jiffy Lube instead. I made a reservation in advance. I showed up 15 minutes early. At noon. And oil change took 3 1/2 hours to get accomplished while I waited there at Longo. Also all amenities removed because of Covid. Also no car wash because drought. Signage promised a coupon for a drink at Starbucks instead. This did not happen. Longo Toyota service is so busy so overwhelmed that simple things like this make one want to avoid the experience.

Service advisor Edward Duran was very professional and exercised excellent customer service. Very satisfied with his performance.
Not sure why scheduling an appointment required when your 10-11 in the queue for a simple regular oil/filter servicing. After hour and a half was informed by service technician/mechanic service of vehicle complete, but suggests replacing windshield blades, which I knew. Approved replacing wiper blades. After an hour and vehicle not ready, contacted service advisor and was informed technician had to go to warehouse and obtain replacement wiper blades. If I had known that, I would have declined, paid and gotten my vehicle sooner. With winter coming, one would think wiper blades should be in stock for ease of replacement.
I purchased my vehicle from Longo Toyota and purchased extended warranty for tire, windshield and paint(body). Paint is chipping from rear driver side door where window touches door frame. Was informed that warranty does not cover paint. If I had known that, I would not have purchased the extra warranty coverage increasing purchase price of vehicle. Will never purchase extra warranty. At least not from Longo Toyota.
Over all satisfaction. 2 stars out of 5.
