I consented to power wash at first but then I did not want power wash. They checked and told me it was too late and my vehicle would be ready in 5 min. The vehicle was not ready in 5 min making me think that the power wash in fact was not done yet and could have been stopped. Though I got 10% off the power wash I still think I could have saved more because I think the power wash could have been stopped. Overall though the time frame they told me to complete the vehicle was on time.
