Ryan has excellent customer service. Please instruct your cashiers not to blame customers for not telling in advance that they may want ASA discount. I had prepaid service contract and I did not know that I needed a new battery. In the middle of the repairer when Ryan called asked me to change it, I agreed. When I went to the cashier, I asked for ASA discount and the lady was not pleased because I did not ask for it earlier!

Emily was great! However I was disappointed to have had a 1045 am appointment with which I was told the vehicle would be ready no later than 2pm IF they needed to perform the recall. The vehicle did not need the full recall and was not ready until after 3. I coordinated my meetings for the day accordingly and it did not feel as though the scheduled appointment was honored.
