I was told that the diagnostics was done on my car and that the mechanic drove it for 10 miles before he did the diagnostic the next day. I called up Longo and Toyota and the gentleman said that he was going to tell his supervisor so that his supervisor can call me back. I waited three hours and have still not received a phone call. My thinking is there going to wait till Monday which is going to make me pay for more Uber’s to go to work. And for more tow trucks to take it to Longo. I do not expect to not get it, meaning pay for another diagnostic because I already paid well over $155 for it. Also, if I don’t hear from someone soon, I’m calling the headquarters and filing a complaint. Thank you

Today service I was very disappointed with after 2hours of waiting for my car tho be service. Emily never reached out to Me to discuss any recommendations that were needed for my car. This has never happen at Toyota. I now have to come back and have the other service dine on another day when everything could of been taking care of today.
