This is my 2nd Service since I bought the car. He promised me my CAR Will be washed And when I got the call that it was ready For pick UP... I have to wait For almost More than 30 minutes in the blazing Sun since svc pick UP Still do Not have the paperwork.. when I picked it UP.. it was dirty.. I specifically requested my CAR to be was her And was told when I rcvd the call to pick it UP my CAR is in the carwash which is Not the case.. please do Not promise this again to US customers And I dont want anymore carwash coupons.. I Drive all the way Fr my House in San Fernando Valley to sample Your recommended excellent Service As advise by my Friends And I have yet to experience that. I suggest next Time you call customers to pick UP their Vehicle.. be sure to know its already There than wait outside??
