I like the care that Longo takes with its customers, and Bruce is great. He’s always courteous and professional, and comes through with promises he makes. Kudos to the entire team!

Biagio was very nice. The routine 20k complimentary service took over 4 hours. The Longo Service website talks about a 59 minute routine service from Monday-Friday. The person that dropped her car at the same time at the same time as I did received her vehicle back over an hour before I did.

I was disappointed to wait for 4 1/2 hours for the 30,000 mile service and I had an appointment. I know you’re busy, don’t give me an appointment if I’m going to have to wait that long. I would have come another day and I wouldn’t have brought my son with me.
