The only thing I was dissatisfied about is the amount of time it took for my car to be ready. When I initially booked my appointment I was given a 3 hr max wait time. When I arrived at 11:30am, I was informed my car would be ready at 5pm. Which it was. But still 5.5hrs is way too long to sit around waiting for a car to be ready. Ethan was nice and professional.
