Mandi quickly attended me with a smile excellent customer service as I arrived for my 7:30am appointment. She asked me to meet at her service station as she drove my Tacoma. Mandi asked me how Longo service department could do for me that day, it was my first service at Longo Mandi explained everything to me and provided me with a copy of my receipt & her business card. Mandi asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle? I requested a shuttle home Mandi directed me the direction of the concierge. I was provide with an Uber to & from my house. Mandi contacted me once my truck was ready & explained all that was done & discovered. Please pass on my thanks to Mandi for providing an excellent first time experience at Longo Service Department.
