Mandi isn’t a stranger to me. She may not remember this but I always appreciated her service and assistance when I was a BDC agent for the call center. She was one of the few service consultants who answered my phone calls regularly. And now that I am no longer a team member, she still delivered. I’m very happy to be her guest and she made me feel very comfortable. It was obvious that underneath her mask I was greeted with a warm smile as I waited for her to locate my appointment on CDK while Alex Leyva took pictures of my vehicle with his iPad as part of the check-in process. While waiting, I learned we both have a common interest. We both love the TV show Rick and Morty. We talked a bit about the show and the conversation ended with her sharing her opinion of the current season. Mandi clearly explained to me what was included in the 15k service and asked if I had any other concerns so she could document it and have a technician look further into it. She gave me her undivided attention and never once did I feel rushed. Upon completion Mandi followed up with a phone call to let me know my vehicle was finished. She once again went over what was done to my vehicle in detail. Her phone etiquette is also on point. I really appreciate doing business with her and being her guest. Without hesitation, I will continue doing business with her in the future. Keep up the good work!
