Check my car. The man working at platform 10 is very nice. He saw me when he bought his lunch and told me how much time he had to wait. He really made me feel at home. He treated me politely like a friend without pressure.

Among other things, I came to pick up a set of floor mats, which were missing when I bought my car there a couple of months ago. After I received my car back, I noticed that they had given me the wrong ones - the holes didn't match the anchor hooks in the floor. So I took it back. Jeffrey was apologetic, and after investigating, said that the wrong ones had been ordered. He ordered the correct ones and asked me to come back Tuesday to collect them. He was very accommodating & said that I could keep the ones they'd put in until the replacements arrive.
Jeffrey's attitude & demeanor were impeccable.
I'm just surprised that (apparently) nobody noticed that these floor mats were not the right ones. It's a small thing, but it's a bit annoying to have to return to get something that should have been there in the first place. And then to have to return a second time is doubly disappointing.
