Hands down the best experience I've ever had not just at this Toyota location but practically any establishment that deals with car repair/service. From the moment I came in till the moment I left the amount of customer service was above and beyond. Everything was explained in detail and broken down so there was no surprises at the end. Next time you're at Longo Toyota in El Monte make sure you ask for Mandi she's got your back, filled with positive energy (Some people can be very difficult when to comes to getting there cars worked on but I have a feeling she'll work through it no problem). Never seemed to be too busy if you have a question 100% focus in helping you out. Ms.Davis should be running the place nothing but great things coming her way. If she hasn't already gotten a raise she definitely deserves another one. (This is from my personal experience with multiple visits to the service department and guess who's always helping me?) Will be posting this on Yelp.
