I was not happy with the service provided by Roy Wu for the following reasons;
1. Wrong estimate of service completion time - initially he gave me 3 hours but it ended up taking 4 hours.
2. Lack of communication - he should've let me know it would take more than 3 hours before it passed 3 hour mark but he didn't.

I am completely happy with the service provided by Martin. I'm unhappy with having to pay for my freon due to a warranty issue with my discharge hose, but that's no blame pointed at a longo employee and more or less the warranty contract fine prints.

I scheduled an appointment for some repairs and a recall for my 2019 tundra and I was not satisfied with the answers about the repairs and much less with the customer service that Martín gave me since I did not get the repairs I requested and they treated me as a liar and the way Martín behaved, the truth is very badly satisfied
