Bruce is great, very helpful. I only have 2 comments. There is no reason for the service person to change my seat settings other than for leg length. They don't need to lean the seat back, they're not driving that far. Also, the service person doesn't need to change my radio station. If they want to listen to something, they can use their own audio source, not mine. Please remind them this is not their car!
