The answer to your question is Not a yes & no answer. Yes, I was satisfied with the service. No, I wish you had found what’s wrong with my car. I’m kind of scared driving the vehicle that it will stall on me on the freeway And the cars hitting me. I’m praying that will not happen to me. That is why the answer to your question is yes and No.

I went in for an alignment bcuz i got new tires and a balance and my car was swimming a bit. They said more than likely I need an alignment. So when I get to longo and I tell the guy he automatically says he is going to have me get an inspection. Disregarded the alignment. I told him no I want the alignment. Then he adds the alignment and keeps on the inspection. I again said no I only want the alignment if u guys do the alignment and it is not aligning u guys can tell me then. He called me when my car was done mind u im sitting in your guys waiting area and said your car is done u can go to the cashier. Never giving me any type of feed back in regards to the alignment. So I had to go home and get ready for work. My car is still pulling a bit and slightly shimming. Man I have been going to u guys for years. Jessie Villanueva and monty Cervantes and Bruce have been exceptional. There was also another guy he was i think montys supervisor. He was so kind i dont remember his name. This is the second time no actually the third time im not satisfied. Last time I took my car to u guys for an oil change someone took out my rug from the drivers side and didn't put it back. I dont know whats going on. Maybe the morale or just plain corona fatigue lol but this ****
