Not specifically about my service advisor but it would have been nice if the online appointment system notified me ahead of time that there weren't tint techs available today since I made the appointment about two or three days ago and the appointment system with the tint option was misleading.

I asked him if the car will be done less than 1 and a half hour, he said no, it will take more than 2 hours. At the time I just arrived home which is less than 20’, they called me and told me the car is done. I had to come back to pickup car.
