The service person Matt and the technician were superb. The only thing I hated was that it took 2 hours and 35 minutes to start working on my car. I was told my car would be finish by 2:00 pm. My car was being worked on at 2:25 pm. Needless to say I had to cancel my other appoint with someone at 2:45. Not happy. Came at 11:35 for 11:45 appointment. Left around 4 pm for AN OIL CHANGE.

Thank you for replacing the recalled fuel pump. It made a huge difference. The performance of my highlander was disappointing from the start. With the new fuel pump, now the highlander feels like a real truck. It is much more responsive when I step on the gas.
