I was completely satisfied with the representative. My dissatisfaction was with the time it took to complete the work. I had a 7:45 am appointment and did not get my car back till after 11:00 am. The appointment was just for an oil change. I felt it should not have taken that long. The representative explained it was because mechanics were shorthanded because of the virus. A few customers I talked to in the waiting area got there after me and their cars were done before mine.

I waited 30 minutes to check my car in with an appointment and there was nobody In the other lines, finally someone got those other employees to check cars in. Then when I came to pick up my car the line was around the service building and I waited 25 mins, finally someone in line went and complained and an employee came out and said sorry for the wait. A suggestion is to have employees cross trained so when there is only 2 windows open in the service center you can have employees from somewhere else step in
