Albert is always honest and professional; however when I paid, the service was unprofessional. I asked Wendy who the black cashier was two saturdays ago. I stated she raised her voice in a rude manner and told my fiancé, Loudly “You need to step outside, sir.” Wendy’s response to me was “Customers yell at us all the time.” Then she said she did not know who it was that Longo has temps all the time. I later learned by the manager that the employee who shouted at my fiancé was named Milly. Wendy’s response was very unprofessional. Her opinion was it’s okay to yell at customers. I told her I completely understand the covid rules but there is no need to yell at customers.

My husband and I took one of our Toyota’s in for Toyota service care and waited over 5 hrs just for oil change! We had an appointment and yet it took so long. I understand that you may have been short staffed since it was New Year’s Eve and if that was the case, then you shouldn’t have allowed any appointments for that day.

I brought in the car which is a lease that will end in about 2 months because the headlight went out. The issue just happened with normal malfunctioning, not from any accident or impact. My husband and I were under the impression that the issue would be covered under the warranty that we have until the end of lease. We were asking many personnel at Longo and no one could give the straight answer and we were giving the run around or whatever they could say so they could get us off their responsibilities for the moment. Until we called the sales person who was working with us on the upcoming new lease, who could finally explain professionally that it’s not covered because of whatever reason Toyota won’t allow. While we still think that’s not right but we are ok and paid for the service and part. I bought a Lexus at Longo and my husband has this car lease at Toyota Longo and we were planning to lease another one once this one is up in a couple months. But at this point we are rethinking because all the things that should have been covered but not covered under the warranty (the headlight wasn’t the only thing but it’s the last thing that changed our mind). The service guy did his job how he was told to be done, so nothing really is to comment on his part but overall deal we ended up paying over the past 3 years that is more than if we lease somewhere else or something else. I don’t think we are being valued as a value customer as much as it’s said. We can afford it but it’s the principle here that is unsatisfied.

Alex was great! But when I first arrived, I first spoke to Teddy. I told him I was having problems with my car alarm. That it hadn't been working properly. I said I wanted the alarm checked out. Teddy tried my alarm. At that time it was working. I told Teddy I had experienced times that it was working and other times it wasn't working. Teddy proceeded to give me a lesson on how to work my alarm. I found his attitude condescending. He told me I could leave my car but the alarm was probably working and I probably didn't know what I was doing with the alarm. I've had that car for 2 years. I just found Teddy's attitude very rude and disrespectful obviously I was experiencing problems with the car otherwise why would I have taken it in? I also told Teddy that I wanted to buy another key for my car. He told me I could go to any dealer and purchase a key. He told me it didn't necessarily have to be longo Toyota. I got my car out of line. I parked my car in the parking lot and went inside, to see about purchasing another key for my car. I spoke to Daniel Robles Mr Robles was very pleasant, courteous and friendly. He sold me a key. Mr. Robles told me that the key would need to be program. I went back and spoke to Teddy and told him I had bought a key; that the key needed to be programmed. He told me that I could get back in line that it didn't to be specifically him that could help me anyone could help me. I got back in line and Alex help me. Alex was very courteous and professional. I explained the problem with my alarm and he said they could program the the key and check out the alarm. It turns out that there was problems with the alarm. The battery on the alarm had to be replaced. The car is a 2018. I got my extra key and it was programmed. Usually when I go to longo Toyota the mechanics the service people are all very nice a credit to longo Toyota. I don't know if Teddy was having a bad day but he didn't want to hear what I had to say about the alarm and giving me lessons on how to work the car alarm now if I had taken him his advice and left I still would be having problems with my alarm.Obviously I felt there was a problem with the car alarm and wanted it checked out. The people who work at Longo are usually very nice courteous and professional. Again maybe Teddy was having a bad day but I didn't appreciate his dismissive manner towards me.
