I wasn’t happy with the 4 1/2 hour wait. I had made my appointment by calling on I believe on Dec 28 or 29th to come in on the 31st at 1:00pm and he mentioned that would be the last appt slot there is since he said closing time on that day was 3:pm. He also said wait time would be 1-1 1/2 hr wait. I was upset by the time I got there the service advisor said it would be a 3 1/2 hr wait. It ended up about 4 1/2 hours. Totally uncalled for. I hope the phone coordinators get trained correctly on what they tell customers.
