Be a little more accommodating. What I was told via phone was different than what Agustin told. Agustin was really pushing for a new tire. I was hoping for just a patch up. Unfortunately I ended up getting a new tire. Costed me an arm and a leg.

Excellent costumer service with Albert, he was able to answer all my questions and recommended me to do some necessary repairs on my Sienna. No to happy with the cashier lady. She was very rude and not very helpful. She didn’t want me to ask any questions in regards of my invoice, she needs to work on her customer skills.
