Although I was appointed with Albert Lopez at first, I am so glad to be switched to my usual advisor which is Jesus Chacara. I am very satisfied with JJ’s service. He has been very honest and genuine with his work and his choice of words. I came in for a fuel pump recall and was appointed to Albert in the beginning. I was actually not satisfied when Albert tried to lie to me and push for sale. I know I need a major service of 30k being due. But I don’t appreciate dishonesty from Albert as he told me I must purchase the toyota care package before my car reaches 31,000 mileage to get the best deal or else Longo won’t take my car in if it’s past that...? If you’re going to lie, be better at it.
Money can always be made and spent, but it’s the relationship and trust that’s earned. I really did try to give another advisor a chance since I didn’t see JJ at first but now I don’t think anyone there is as outstanding as him.
