When I got my car they have a sticker hanging on the back mirror saying they the away the floor mat and it’s not safe using double floor mat. The floor mat maybe a cheap one but still belongs to ME as MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. It is Toyota recommended not to use double mat but it’s really up to the driver’s decision whether the driver wants to use or not. Who gives them the right to disposed my personal stuff? I have been here many times but none of times happens like today. I am not happy the way you people treated me. VERY POOR SERVICE
