My Drivers side mat was not correctly replaced. When I asked to have it screwed on I was not given an apology and the cashiers rolled their eyes and said someone would be out shortly . I have weather tech mats that are heavy and long.
I waited and waited and no one showed up. Finally another customers car was delivered and I asked that technician if he could please fix my mat, he did, I thanked him. So needless to say I was not happy with my service yesterday,

My appointment at 8am but i can’t leave until 8:45 and no text msg when it was done. I just show up at 3:45pm and he said it’s ready but paperwork wasn’t ready. yet. I was waiting until 4:45pm to leave your office. 4 spark plugs replacement only. It was estimated ready at 12:30 noon. I used to go to Alhambra Toyota but they over charged me, my friend recommended me to come to you. I was so disappointed and no car wash when I picked up my car. ????
