At the beginning, Ted Chiu served me and my husband. He is not polite. His attitude is not good. My car did not have wheel issues before last visit on last week. We do not want to pay for fix if the issues caused by last services. If it is our problems, we are willing to pay. He push us to contact the consultant who served us last time to solve the problems. I do not have time to come again. I asked help from Manager. The manager is very nice and knowledgeable. He explained patiently about the car issue. Ted refuse to serve. Finally, the other manager help. The two managers who is working at longo services center is very good. Just complain about Ted Chiu.

I feel like i have taken for a ride in this service. The service rep didn’t tell me steam clean engine was part of a special package price(really!) with mass air flow sensor cleaning. I didn’t realize it until my car was in service, by then it was too late. Please don’t call me!

Not a good service advisor. Drop off the car in the morning, shuttle me home with promised time of 4-5pm. Shuttle service pick me at 4pm. Arrived at Longo, said the car is not ready. The advisor did not call or text me of the car is ready prior of picking me up at 4pm. Could have call me, wasting my time.
My other prior advisor is much better. Definitely not with this Bruce the next time
