Car wash is always broken, they should not use my wipers on a clean car if they are not going to wash it fully.

I waited for almost 8 hours at Longo on 7/17. I requested to add 2 things beside original maintenance plan. Air filter element and cabin air filter. Air filter element was changed, but not cabin air filter was not changed. Instead of it, he changed license plate bulbs. I don’t know why such a mistake was occurred. The below was text message I sent to him and I talked with him. I asked him about filters, and why he changed the bulbs.
