I had used the free shuttle today for the first time. I wish I was given more instruction of when and where to expect the return ride. I waited for 20 minutes on the street and had to call back to the concierge desk to make sure they will pick me up. Other than that, The ride was fine and the pick up van was clean.

Made an appointment for 2pm. Didn't get finished until 6pm. There was nothing mechanical that needed repairs. Everything that needed repairs was for upholstery or interior items. Things that I already knew they would have to order. The service assistant manager gave me attitude for wanting to be out of there earlier. He told me the soonest to get me out of there would 5 pm. Then I asked him how in the world would it take three hours for someone to look at my car and tell me they need to order parts. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes four hours to install floor mats and tell me that I'm going to have to come back because they need to order parts. Worst service I've ever received. Once these repairs are made I'll never come back to longo. I hope Toyota fixes this nonsense.
