After I got my car back one hour later I noticed that the brake fluid and a few other fluids inside were not filled fully. I mentioned it and everybody was very polite and helped fix the situation. But it was An inconvenience because I had a scheduled appointment at 4 PM so I was running a little bit late...

I'm very pleased! Being a brand new car a nick on my bumper, and a stain on the side panel from a over flowing coke being handed to me carelessly at A McDonald's drive thru, bothered me. I took it in and they were able to fix both problems.
