It took 3 hours not 2. It's been done before in under 2 hours.
The new service pick up building has no signs that there's a bathroom there but why isn't one? I do not like to be inconvenienced like that walking back and forth.
There's also no sign that says the wi fi has a different name than the main building has.
Not good for being in the customer service business
