I went to Longo Toyota because my maintenance light and tire lights were on. I notified the rep that my tire lights have been on for over 6 months. I have already checked the tires for air already and for holes and everything was fine. He said that I was due up for my 50k maintenance already anyway so they would check the tires. So at 5:30om when I was notified that my car was ready, I went to pick it up and the tire lights were still on. While I waited for over 3 hours, no one notified me of any issues during fixing. Another rep was called in to talk to me since my original rep was gone for the day, Martin, then told me a series possible issues and technically, nothing more can be done since it's 5:30 and they are closing. I'm disappointed with the service provided and lack of communication.
