I am satisfied with the service provided by Joseph, polite and nice. But would like to know if it is normal to wait about 4 hours with appointment. I checked in at 10:45am left at 3:18pm. In the past, the longest I have waited was 2 hours. Just want to get an idea so the next time I make an appointment I know how long I need to wait.
