I have already sent out a complaint. Basically I made an appointment for a new battery (which should only take 30min-1hr to change), it took 4.5hrs on a weekday. You guys weren't even that busy. What's the point of making an appointment if I have to wait that long for a battery change?! I've got my car serviced here on a Saturday and it didn't take this long. I also asked the rep to apply the 15% off coupon for new battery; went to go pay, the coupon was never applied, I had to wait again for the discount to be approved. I'm never getting my car battery replaced here again.
