I was Satisfied except for one thing I told them to fix the emergence break peddle because it was not working properly discovered when I got home tried setting the break same problem had to pump twice for it to engage since I wasn't feeling well just trying to get rid of flu ???? I came to lay dwn

Teddy was wonderful. Went above and beyond. He is one of the reasons I travel to Longo from Hollywood to El Monte. For the exceptional service. I could walk to Hollywood Toyota but I choose to drive an hour in traffic and be treated with respect.

The car was not serviced appropriately; The service advisor stated that the car needed a piece that is supposed to be covered under the platinum extended insurance and the service customer person did not even made an attempt to call the insurance to try to fix the problem. I had to end up picking up the car and take it to the place that was originally bought (as per his recommendation), risking that on the way to the other place something more serious would arise for moving the vehicle without the proper fixing

The report says I declined work on the car. I did not find out until I got the invoice on the way out. My cell phone got a call that I missed probably from her. I would like to know what it really is, is it necessary and if so, why it isn't covered by the Toyota Care Plus program.
