The actual mechanics were very disappointing . They mis-diagnosed my Tacoma several times (for the same problem). They said it was all ready to go, when it wasn’t. They said it’s repaired & let me take it home when I had to re-return again because the service mechanics did not properly complete the task at hand. This last visit was truly embarrassing for the Longo mechanics. They advertise that they’re ‘factory trained technicians’, but I highly doubt this. The only bright spot was the professional courtesy & service I received from service consultant Jedediah Kerkhoff.

the service is very bad and the technician no experience at all the reason i said that is because i took my truck to get the service done at longo toyota two time they keep damage the right and left rear wheel coming loose also scratched my rim. first service the left rear wheel coming loose second time is the right rear wheel coming loose .how can i satisfied the service with longo toyota.

It's very good to buy tire insurance?it is said that a single nail is given to the tire

I was disappointed in toyota extended warranty not covering my issue but once again Martin came in to save the day. He went the extra mile to help me get approved to fix the problem I've been dealing for over a year now. he went to bat for me and got my problem fixed. I always feel like Martin cares and will do everything in his powers to make the customer happy.
