First of all I have been a very loyal customer for many years but after this last experience you will no longer have my business. Poor communication between customer and service writer is not acceptable. My daughter spoke to the supervisor on duty Mathew and was very upset and worried about me driving at night. Maybe with the next customer you will keep them updated on status of their vechile instead of having a customer wait in the dark for hours.thank you Cathy M

Danny has provided a very professionally service. I really appreciated for his help. One thing Longo Toyota needs to improve is the time waiting to pick up the car after the service. It took 25 minutes before I could get my car. Several people came after me and had picked up their car before me which was unacceptable.
