It has been my experience that Longo staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. Ms. Davis is an excellent example of the customer service ethic. She might be a good resource for training new staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Just a thought.

He did not know when to stop aggravating customer even when he was told to stop.I would much rather having fun somewhere else than spending my time at the auto service if I did not have real concern of my new car working properly.Inspite of no trouble found,I did experience trouble throughout the previous day and operating my car the same way since I bought it on January 4th this year.It's still a mystery to me why the trouble went away on its own the next day.I did not do anything differently.He should have let it go and have the mechanic check it out as requested. Instead he kept implicating that I was doing something wrong over and over and over again.It was most irritating and annoying. I couldn't wait to get out of his station. I am a easy going person. But he managed to push my button that morning. .
