Turning in the vehicle was fine the service is fine, but then when I was told the vehicle was ready I went out to the pick up area and they told me it was going to be no longer than 10 minutes then it took over an hour to get the vehicle driven over to me. That part was a failure on Lungos I don’t know what final department did that but also I took my car to the carwash since you guys don’t wash the car And the car wash attendant saw that my wheel cover was not put on correctly I almost lost a wheel cover due to whoever rotated the tires inability to put the the wheel cover on right. So I wasted an extra hour and I almost lost a wheel cover. Other than that everyone is super friendly and wonderful

Just not satisfied with the mechanic coz I’m not even out of Longo, my engine light alert was on and have to make a u-turn to recheck my car. Considering how much I paid for the repair. Forgot to attached one hose which is hard to miss. Andrew was great and address the issue quickly.

Not satisfied. My daily schedule is so much busy to visit for service. Technician didnot find problems, he saying. But since new car purchased and drove for 1minth. Same noise has been in my car. They resulted in my complaint as minor issue and let me come normal weekday without trying to fix my compliant which is several areas noise in the new car.
I willnot visit longo service again and completely dissapoint of current toyota product and service. I have another infiniti suv which needed sevice several times. Totally different service mind from longo toyota.
This toyota product will be my last on from toyota.
