When I made my appointment I clearly stated the issues I wanted checked in my vehicle. When I got to Longo Toyota and met with the Alec, again, I repeated my concerns and he reasured me he would note everything and my car would ve checked. Of course I waited patiently to have my vehicle inspected and have it taken cared of. what happened was, the service cashier tells me an hour and a half later that none of my concerns about my vehicle were looked into. I asked about my vehicle and the service cashier stated they had not checked it and that I would have to set up a second appointment!! Why wouldn't the first operator who made the appointment should have said I needed 2 appointments, or Alec could have said we can do the oil change but nothing else! but instead he was more concerned why I chose Longo instead of going to a service center closer to me. I realized then I had made a mistake by going to Longo. so my answer to how satisfied I was is VERY DISSATISFIED! Of your service center, techs, and overall your custumer service.
