Carlos G was extremely amazing given me a great service, but the cashier where I picked up my Mirai needs extra training. She tried to charge me an extra $300 for ECU software update campaign.. I am still under ToyotaCare free maintenance program, plus it’s a scheduled maintenance under that program where I have to take the time off from work and the filter(s) weren’t even changed!

Excellent! The wait for about 13 of us was the ONLY NEGATIVE. After I gave the paid receipt to the young man and he notified ?? via radio to bring the car it was approximately 25 minutes until it arrived.
That is a moment that should CAP the experience and should be a swift, positive conclusion to the service experience. Everything else, PERFECT.
