Well the Technicians that help help me were wonderful, i fon’t Have any complaints about them but I took my two cars in for regular maintenance, my 2010 Toyota & 2015 Toyota one on Feb 23rd and the other on Mar 3rd both with a scheduled appointment, I have never been able to leave no later than 3 hours with an appointment, the first time I took my car there I had no appointment and I left almost the same time as with an appointment so what is the purpose to make an appointment. Both times the they promise to have the car ready in two hours and both times it took longer, the last time I psid and waited and waited just to find out they had misplaced the car. Not acceptable. I am hoping the next time I take the cars for maintenance it would not take that long. Thank you for giving me the time to express my concerns.
