After the service of our newly purchased used Sienna to replace the transmission, we picked up the Van the night of the New Customer Orientation. The next day, we found the Sienna to have grease spots on the new carpets, around the gas peddle and on the foot rest. Also, the 2nd row passenger seat behind the driver was not in it's tracks and laying sideways. I called the service tech and got a voice mail. I did not leave a message. I wanted to get it cleaned that day. I called right back and got Nancy on the phone. I explained everything to her and she was very nice and said she would leave a voice and text for the Service Advisor and she was sorry and that everything would be taken care of. I did not receive a call back and after 2 hours I call Isaac Banos, our sales person. I explained everything to him and he again apologized and said to bring it on down he would get everything taken care of himself. My wife and I drove down again and as promised Isaac took care of everything in a very short time. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, and Isaac is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.
I was, however, very disappointed in the condition of my Sienna when I picked it up. All is well now, thanks to Isaac.

Promised to get the car ready on the same day (I had a 7:00am appointment) but it was not ready until 3:00pm the next day. I highly doubt it is Longo's policy to intentionally deprioritize any recall related work as I also had a bad experience making the appointment. The first time I called, the representative claimed Longo had to order the part and would call me when the it arrived. Didn't receive the call for two months. So I called the second time and the representative said Longo had the part but questioned me if I had my car serviced at Longo before. I was wondering if it was a Toyota recall, why did it matter whether I was a returned customer? The only explanation was Longo tried to deter people from requesting a repair for the recall.
